What are the functions of a pure sine wave inverter?

1. Inverter output function: After turning on the "IVT SWITCH" on the front panel, the inverter will convert the DC power of the battery into pure sine wave AC power, which will be output by the "AC OUTPUT" on the rear panel.

2. Automatic voltage regulation function: When the battery voltage fluctuates between the undervoltage point and the overvoltage point, and the load changes within the rated power, the device can automatically stabilize the output. Overvoltage protection function: When the battery voltage is greater than the "overvoltage point", the device will automatically cut off the inverter output, the front panel LCD will display "overvoltage", and the buzzer will sound an alarm for ten seconds. When the voltage drops to the "overvoltage recovery point", the inverter will resume working.

3. Undervoltage protection function: When the battery voltage is lower than the "undervoltage point", in order to avoid over-discharge and damage to the battery, the device will automatically cut off the inverter output. At this time, the front panel LCD will display "undervoltage", and the buzzer will sound an alarm for ten seconds. When the voltage rises to the "undervoltage recovery point", the inverter resumes working; if a switching device is selected, it will automatically switch to the mains output when undervoltage occurs.

4. Overload protection function: If the AC output power exceeds the rated power, the device will automatically cut off the inverter output, the front panel LCD will display "overload", and the buzzer will sound an alarm for ten seconds. Turn off the "Inverter Switch (IVT SWITCH)" on the front panel, and the "overload" display will disappear. If you need to restart the machine, you must check and confirm that the load is within the allowable range, and then turn on the "Inverter Switch (IVT SWITCH)" to restore the inverter output.

5. Short circuit protection function: If a short circuit occurs in the AC output circuit, the device will automatically cut off the inverter output, the front panel LCD will display "overload", and the buzzer will sound an alarm for ten seconds. Turn off the "Inverter Switch (IVT SWITCH)" on the front panel, and the "overload" display will disappear. If you need to restart the machine, you must check and confirm that the output line is normal before turning on the "IVT SWITCH" to restore the inverter output.

6. Overheat protection function: If the temperature of the control part inside the chassis is too high, the device will automatically cut off the inverter output, the front panel LCD will display "overheat", and the buzzer will sound an alarm for ten seconds. After the temperature returns to normal, the inverter output will be restored.

7. Battery reverse connection protection function: The device has a complete battery reverse connection protection function. If the positive and negative polarities of the battery are reversed, the fuse in the chassis will automatically blow to avoid damage to the battery and the device. However, reverse connection of the battery is still strictly prohibited.

8. Optional AC power switching function: If the AC power switching function is selected, the device can automatically switch the load to AC power supply when the battery is undervoltage or the inverter fails, thereby ensuring the power supply stability of the system. After the inverter works normally, it will automatically switch to the inverter power supply.
